I cannot express enough the level of quality care that our child received in the surgery department at Bell. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make not only our child, but also my husband and I feel reassured and comfortable. From registration, the surgical check in, anesthesia, RN’s, cafeteria chefs, and everyone in between, we were shown incredible compassion and support. It was a long day for us, but they were thorough every step of the way both before, during, and after surgery. I was incredibly nervous, but I’m so happy we were able to receive care at a place like Bell. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single one of you!

The Bell Hospital OB team is second to none. Second baby at Bell, and the same great care the second time around. We were initially worried because the regular OB physicians left, but the nurses on the unit haven't changed in decades, and the same familiar faces provided the same top notch care. Glad we decided to stay and deliver at Bell. The OB unit is the last remaining group of people who really embrace what Bell Hospital is all about. I hope administration realizes how lucky they are to have the OB girls taking such great care of families and Bell Babies.

I experienced 8 weeks of physical therapy to help restore my mobility, and to reduce my dependence on a cane to get around. I feel that much of my balance and strength has been restored, and even though this will continue in the spring, I know I have made much progress in my recovery. A big thank you and Happy Holidays to Erin and Janice for all their friendship and care!

My 5 year old had an overnight stay after a tonsillectomy, and the nurse staff was truly the kindest. Was very kind and patient with my daughter throughout the entire trip, surgical staff included. Not only were they quick to wait on whatever my daughter needed, but myself as well, and I wasn’t even the patient. Very thorough with all the after care instructions, too. Definitely a step up from my experience with a closely located hospital. Highly recommend!

November 3rd 2025 I had my left knee replaced and my right knee and femur the year before.The kindness and care I received from the following was awesome: Linda RN, Callie RN, Melissa my Anesthesiologist, CIAra RN, Lauren RN and Dr Leonard and NP Eric Korpi. Brought my 3mo in for a blood draw, Jordan is AMAZING! My little guy didnt even flinch let alone cry! Believe it or not he was smiling and giggling through the whole draw. I am beyond impressed with how quickly and efficiently she was able to get his sample taken. Blood draws can be scary and stressful, but she made it the exact opposite. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend Jordan for your pokes! She's amazing 👏

I had a great experience at Bells OB unit to deliver my baby. All the nurses were nice, personable, patient and explained everything adequately. There was always help when I needed it. The head nurse Lenora was amazingly helpful throughout with guiding my husband and I on everything to know when we brought a newborn home, showing how to give newborn a sponge bath, breastfeeding, pumping, and other important information. For delivery, Dr. Cousineau was calm throughout, and explained everything in detail for delivery. She is very sweet and caring, I can tell she loves her job! I have also enjoyed other facilities and how well doctors, nurses, and office workers treat their patient’s. I would definitely recommend Bell, it’s a very personable place that helps you feel like you’re in good hands!

I had surgery at Bell and from start to finish they were fantastic. Staff was friendly, informative, professional and the building was clean. I highly recommend this hospital for your surgical needs.

Everyone at Bell Hospital really took good care of me, especially Dr Verbridge and Dr. Provost. They took time to explain my diagnosis and what the treatment would be. The nurses in the emergency room and hospital were so kind and caring. They made my stay as pleasant as possible.
